Hosting a Business Event at Our Venue
At Hotel LeVeque, we offer 3 spacious, elegant rooms for business-related events: the Deshler Room, the Ionian Room, and the Coleman Room.
The Deshler Room
The Deshler Room is our largest individual event room, comfortably accommodating up to 60 people for a standing reception or 40 people for a seated meal.
Located on the 2nd floor of the LeVeque Tower, this spacious room is the perfect setting for conferences, seminars, or networking events for larger groups.
The Ionian Room
The Ionian Room was once one of the busiest dining venues in Columbus, but today it offers a pleasant setting for smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 50 people standing or 30 people sitting.
The Ionian Room is located on the second floor of the LeVeque Tower and is the perfect spot to hold executive retreats, team building events, corporate meetings, or to host the speakers of your conference.
For your conference speakers, we’re happy to transform the room into a relaxing space with soft seating to help them prepare for their presentations. We also offer a variety of catered options from The Keep Kitchen & Liquor Bar, so your speakers will remain comfortable and nourished before the conference begins.
The Coleman Room
The Coleman Room is our private dining room for The Keep Kitchen & Liquor Bar, which holds 40 people standing or 30 people for a seated meal. This room promises an exquisite meal with your coworkers you won’t soon forget. The Coleman Room is an ideal setting for executive retreats, board meetings and business events of a smaller size.
Foyer
Nestled between the Deshler and Ionian Rooms, our foyer features a beautiful half-moon window, providing a stunning backdrop for your business event. During larger events like a conference or networking event, the foyer can be used as a bar.
Combination of Deshler, Ionian, and Foyer
At Hotel LeVeque, we also offer the option of renting three rooms to create a larger event space. For instance, the Deshler Room, Ionian Room, and Foyer can be combined to accommodate 110 people standing or 70 people seated. This combination is best suited for conferences and seminars.
