Hotel LeVeque Event Booking FAQs

  • Submit your Request for Proposal for an event. An event can be a meeting, reception, dinner, etc.
  • We will respond to you with a proposal outlining the specific information pertaining to your groups needs.
  • If you decide you want to move forward we will then proceed with a detailed agreement and contract.
  • Once your contract is signed and returned, you will be connected with our event manager who will assist you with the planning and manage your even or room block.

Our ultimate goal is to give your guests an event and experience they’ll remember for a lifetime. Our amenities include:

  • If you have a list of your guests requiring a room, we can make reservations for all of them.
  • We can send you a report showing which of your guests have reserved rooms and when they plan to arrive.
  • Guests can check in before their stay, receive instant alerts when their room is ready, and check out by skipping the front desk.
  • We offer various business equipment and services such as, computers, printers, copy service, fax service, and more, so you don’t have to miss a beat.
  • Ensuring your event venue is suitable for each attendee with flex-back chairs for optimal comfort, natural lighting that opens the mind, and professional meeting supplies if needed.
